Reiki

Reiki practitioners use gentle, painless touch therapy (clothes on) to boost energy and create a greater sense of well-being and health. A Reiki treatment helps to balance areas of deficiency, nourish your soul, and can bring on deep relaxation, enhanced healing, pain relief and emotional release.

Acupuncture

Nancy Jean Benton, L.Ac., LMT

Nancy is a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and is NCCAOM Board Certified in Acupuncture. She attended New York Chiropractic College School of Acupuncture in Seneca Falls, New York where she earned her Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture. Nancy also studied at Finger Lakes Community College and in 2002 earned an A.A.S. in the Therapeutic Massage/ Integrated Health Care program. She worked at Thompson Hospital's BodyMind Center from 2003-2005. While there she received first and second level Reiki training with Julie Jugle, and Master level training with Jan Cooke in Lilydale, NY, in 2005. The World Health Organization recognizes over 43 common conditions that Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine has success in treating.
